Gutter Cleaning is one of the most important maintenance jobs required to maintain the overall structure
and value of your home.

Without regular cleaning gutters can become full organic matter like dead leaves and moss, silt, muck and
other debris especially if you have trees growing near your property.

Before you know it they can turn into a mini forest of grass and even small trees!

The gutters become heavy and they pull away from the wall. The angle of the gutter can become distorted
and the rain water overflows. It leaks behind the gutter and can travel into your home and/or damage your
fascia boards.

Some of this debris also finds it's way into the downpipes often blocking the pipe and causing even more
problems by blocking drains.

Unfortunately many property owners overlook their gutters. They are, along with your roof, the most
important part of your property's weatherproofing system and a few years of neglect can cause damage
that is very expensive to put right.

If you wait to find a problem with your gutters it will be, in most cases, too late.
Your property will have already suffered water damage.

If your guttering system works as it is designed to (draining the water from the roof and away from the
walls) the possibility of water damage will be minimized.

For a start we do not just climb a ladder and tell you how bad your gutters are.

We carry out a full recorded camera survey of your gutters and you personally get to see just how bad
they are.

Also, as you have seen the condition they are in with your own eyes you only pay for the work that needs
doing.

We won't tell you they are full unless they are. You will see the proof for yourself. If only one side of the
property needs attention then that is what you pay for, not the whole property!

After the cleaning of both the inside* and/or outside of your gutters and the fascia boards has been
completed we carry out another camera survey to show you the results.

You only pay when you are satisfied that the job has been done.

(*We clean the insides of your gutters with an industrial vacuum cleaner then we wash them out with a low
pressure water system. This is all done from the safety of the ground)

Although we charge a small fee for a full gutter survey it is discounted from the price of any gutter
cleaning we do for you.

Survey prices are dependent on the size of your property - Please call for details.

If your gutters are clear and no cleaning work needs to be carried out that is ALL you pay.

If work does need doing and we agree a price the survey fee is deducted from the cost making your
survey FREE!

A DVD copy of your gutter survey is available for a small extra payment.

This charge is not refundable and is not deducted from the cost of any work we carry out.
